Erin Ayala serves as Office Manager at ClearPath Wealth Strategies, where she believes exceptional client service is built on genuine relationships, thoughtful communication, and treating every client with the same care and attention she would want for her own family. She is dedicated to creating a smooth, organized and welcoming experience so clients always feel supported and valued. With more than 20 years of client service and administrative experience, Erin oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, coordinates client service requests, and works behind the scenes to ensure each client receives timely, attentive support throughout every stage of their financial journey.

Erin specializes in the operational side of financial planning, coordinating beneficiary updates, distribution requests, account transfers, new account processing and ongoing service needs. She is passionate about creating efficient processes that enhance both the client experience and the firm’s operations, helping to ensure clients can focus on what matters most – enjoying life and pursuing their retirement goals – while the advisory team remains focused on developing personalized financial strategies. ClearPath Wealth Strategies proudly serves individuals and families throughout mid-Michigan, with a particular focus on helping clients prepare for and enjoy retirement.

Erin holds a Life and Annuity Insurance license and is committed to continually expanding her knowledge of the financial services industry. Her combination of industry knowledge, operational experience, and heart for serving others allows her to support clients with both professionalism and genuine care.

Outside of the office, Erin serves on the planning committee for her community’s summer festival and is actively involved in her church and homeschooling her two boys. She enjoys traveling, music and spending time with family.
